How to Get RFID Buss Pass :
  1. Visit the nearest Point of Sale (POS) for RFID Pass.
  2. Commuter should visit personally to the POS.
  3. Furnish the required details like Name, Date of Birth, Address to the POS operator present at the counter
  4. The operator will capture the photograph of the commuter.
  5. The commuter need to give the details like type of bus pass, from to location, details required for ID card etc to the operator. Based on location pass, charges will be calculated automatically.
  6. On confirmation from commuter, the amount due will be collected by the operator and a Cash receipt for same will be issued. The commuter must check the details, like name, fare, date for receiving the new RFID Card, POS from which POS Card to be collected etc. shall be verify before leaving counter.
  7. On the due date the commuters are required to deposit the provisional receipt at the same POS where the photograph was captured / deposited on the due date as indicated on the receipt.
  8. The RFID Bus pass shall be activated as per type of bus pass selected and handed over to the commuter along with the Dispatch receipt.
  9. Dispatch Receipt contains details of commuter, RFID pass Number and validity of pass.
  10. Passengers must keep the receipt issued to them along with the RFID pass while travelling in the buses and upon demand show to conductors / line checking staffs.
  11. The commuter should get confirmed the bus pass/ID card details on the reader provided at the POS.
  12. After Expiry the same RFID card will Renewed.
  13. For Renewal the commuter should provide their RFID Card to the nearest POS center.
  14. The Operator will Renew and return with Renewal Receipt.
  15. Passengers must keep the receipt issued to them along with the RFID pass while travelling in the buses and if demand show to conductors / line checking staffs.
